Pictures in Pickaway Contest

Pickaway County Visitors Bureau wants you to get out, explore, have fun, and take photos in Pickaway County. We invite you to visit local businesses and attractions, take photos, and submit them for a chance to win one of two $50 gift cards compliments of The Savings Bank.

How do you enter?  Choose five of the seven categories listed below and share your photos with us! The entry form is available on www.pickaway.com.

LET’S EAT

Enjoy a meal at a local restaurant – dine-in, carry-out or patio dining.

TREAT YOURSELF

Visit a local coffee shop for a freshly brewed creation, stop at Wittich’s Candy Shop for your favorite candy or grab a sweet treat from a local bakery like Lindsey’s.

RELAX

Toast at Manchester Hill Winery, stroll through a local museum, enjoy an outdoor music performance or book an overnight getaway at a Hampton Inn Circleville.

GROWN LOCALLY

Stock up on specialty foods or grown items at a local farm market. Visit Rhoads Farm Market, Morton’s Pumpkin Patch, Bambi’s Farm Market, or another local market.

RETAIL THERAPY

Find something new at a local boutique, specialty store or antique shop. Grab some Pickaway County swag at Ink My Logo.  Find a handmade treasure at Pickaway Craft Mall, Rosena’s Treasures, or Spotted Dog Antiques.

GET OUTDOORS

Enjoy the fall weather on one of Pickaway County Park’s trails, , play a round of golf or at one of our many golf courses,  enjoy a picnic at a local park or kayak on A.W. Marion State Park.

PICKAWAY LANDMARKS

Take a photo at a local landmark – the Pumpkin frame at The Welcome Center, in front of one of our murals, or go see Marvin the Cow at Pickaway Ag and Even Center. What says “This is Pickaway” to you?

Photo entries must be taken in Pickaway County. The contest will run November 1 through November 30, 2020 and winning entrants will be chosen and notified via email in early December. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on November 30, 2020.

Please participate safely, abiding CDC Guidelines, observe proper social distancing and choose the categories and locations in which you feel comfortable participating.
Photographs may be used throughout the Pickaway County Visitors Bureau Guide materials, in perpetuity. All photos become property of the Pickaway County Visitors Bureau. By submitting your photos, you agree that any and all persons in the photo(s) have given permission to be featured in marketing materials.
