Day - Hiking 101

Take a hike with us and learn about what every hiker needs to know before hitting the trail, as we explore the Richards River and Towpath trail!

When: March 28th, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Come with sturdy shoes for a nearly 5-mile hike, ready for fun & learning for all ages! Learn how to avoid getting lost and what to carry in case you do ! We will also talk about gear, essential & optional, as well as Hiking Ethics, including the seven principles of “Leave No Trace”! Program will be cancelled in the case of inclement weather. An adult must accompany all children under 12.
