Megan Rainey is a pianist and singer-songwriter from Ashville, Ohio. She holds a master’s degree in classical piano, but don’t let that fool you; her songwriting style ranges from woodsy folk to old school cabaret jazz, with a delightful smattering of psychedelic rock for good measure. Mix that in with a handful of familiar covers, and you’ll never know what’s coming next!
By day, Megan can be found managing and teaching at Musicologie Dublin, a private lessons studio she owns and operates. She can also be heard performing with her family’s retro folk rock band, The Raineys, and on Spotify with her cabaret ensemble, Backwards Blackbirds. Her debut EP, The Practical Ones, can be enjoyed on all streaming platforms.
